Based on my research interests, potential PhD projects could include:

Investigating the impact of tailored nutrition care pathways on the health outcomes and quality of life of older adults. This could involve designing and testing personalized nutrition interventions and assessing their effectiveness in diverse populations.

Exploring the barriers to food security among older adults, with a focus on socio-economic, cultural, and geographic factors. This project could involve both qualitative and quantitative research methods to identify key challenges and develop targeted strategies to overcome them.

Evaluating the role of community-based programs and policies in improving food security and nutrition for older adults. This might include assessing the effectiveness of existing programs and proposing new, innovative approaches to enhance their impact.

Developing and implementing educational interventions to improve nutrition literacy among older adults and their caregivers. This project could measure the effectiveness of these interventions in promoting better dietary choices and overall health.

Assessing the long-term outcomes of integrating nutrition care pathways into primary healthcare settings for older adults. This project could involve a comprehensive evaluation of patient outcomes, healthcare costs, and system-level changes resulting from this integration.
