Biography

I am an Assistant Professor in Physiotherapy at the School of Allied Health at the University of Limerick, and a CORU-registered physiotherapist. I completed my BSc in Physiotherapy and PhD at the University of Limerick with my doctoral research funded by the Irish Research Council. With clinical experience in both private practice and acute hospital settings, I have supported physiotherapy students in a variety of roles, including as a Practice Tutor supporting students during clinical placements. I currently teach and lead modules across the BSc and MSc in Physiotherapy programmes.

Research Interests

My research focuses on leveraging technology to optimise physiotherapy and healthcare and developing innovative approaches to enhance physiotherapy education and training.
