Biography

As Deputy Librarian, I implement strategy and oversee planning across the Glucksman Library. I coordinate the management functions from a library-wide perspective, namely human resources, finance, communications, quality, planning, legislative matters, performance assessment, management information and library-wide projects. My research interests include performance assessment and service improvement in academic libraries, evidence-based librarianship, the library as place, and performance indicators and measurement in academic libraries.
