Biography

I am currently an Assistant Professor within the Department of Work and Employment Studies.  I teach on a range of modules for undergraduate and postgraduate students. Modules include: HRM, HRM Skills, Learning and Development, HR Analytics, Organisational Behaviour, Employment Relations and Research Methods. I am also currently course director of the Professional Diploma in Sustainable Work. My primary research interests include job quality, SME's and the changing world of work. I also have an interest in gender, diversity and inclusion.  Some recent projects that I have been involved in include: Exploring changing work practices in the West of Ireland; Transitioning to the 4-Day work week in a small high-tech firm; and Skillnet Graduate Transitions Project.
