Those areas that significantly assist project management practitioners and may include, but are not limited to, change management, operating models, the use of AI, and benefits realization management.

Dr Éamonn Kelly is a respected figure in the field of project management, combining academic expertise with extensive industry experience.  As a lecturer at the University of Limerick's Centre for Project Management and Course Director for the MSc in Project Management, he shares his knowledge and passion to empower the next generation of leaders.   With a career spanning over 30 years, Dr. Kelly's strategic consultancy background includes top firms like Accenture, Deloitte, Eand;Y, KPMG, McKinsey and; Company, and PwC. He played a vital role in enterprise system implementations, business transformations, and PMO establishment across various sectors. Notably, he spearheaded the successful launch of Ireland's National Postcode Project (Eircodes).   With a Doctorate in Business Administration focused on Strategy and Innovation, Dr. Kelly is a sought-after international speaker on strategy execution and governance.  He has presented at PMI® global conferences and is a contributing author to the Project Management Body of Knowledge and the Green PMO: Sustainability Through Project Management Lens.   Dr. Kelly's commitment to the profession extends beyond the classroom. He mentors aspiring project managers through initiatives like JA Europe and Formula 1 in Schools. His contributions to the PMI Professional Awards Insight Team (PAIT), an invited participant in the PMI: NEXT video, and the PMOGA Strategic Vision Team role further solidify his reputation as a thought leader.   Dr. Kelly's research interests include AI, sustainability, governance, risk and change management. His unique blend of practical experience, academic rigour, and dedication to mentorship make him a valuable asset to the project management community.
