Project ongoing:

REACH – “Reshaping Engagement, Advocacy, and Capacity-building for Youth in Sport for All”

Through a successful collaboration of national and international partners, A Rapid literature review infographic on the barriers and facilitators for sports volunteering was published and a report describing sports policies implemented by REACH partners will be submitted for publication soon.

Over my academic career, I collaborated with the International Judo Federation to develop a training programme for Judo coaches of older practitioners, which is published online. In addition, I had the opportunity to apply my studies to real-world experiences as a strenght and conditioning coach and physical trainer in many sports centers, applying a multi-component training model aimed at improving the health of young, middle-aged and older practitioners.
