Biography

Ibnu Taufan is a PhD student in Stokes Laboratories, University of Limerick, Ireland, working on Nonlinear Piezoelectric Vibration Energy Harvester (PVEH). He received a bachelor’s degree in engineering physics with field of interest in Vibration and Acoustics, from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, Surabaya, Indonesia, in 2018: final thesis dealt with structural vibration, finite element analysis (FEA), and vibration signal processing on pump-beam system for vibration monitoring. He also had experience as a product and development engineer (Mechanical and Vibration) for several years at Manufacturing Industry. He authored/coauthored in several conference and journal papers related to vibration analysis and vibrational energy harvester.
