Research Interests
My professional practice is grounded in a commitment to person-centred care, dignity in ageing, and the enhancement of quality of life for those living in residential care settings.
My research interests include quality and safety in healthcare, clinical governance and nursing leadership.
Through my PhD, I aim to contribute new insights into how clinical governance, regulatory compliance and nursing leadership can be harnessed to elevate the quality and safety of care for older persons in residential and long-term care facilities.
