Biography
I am a Full Professor (Chair) in Applied Mathematics at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Limerick, Ireland.
I hold an M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics and a Ph.D. in Computational Mathematics, both from Moscow State University, and also serve as the University of Limerick Research Integrity Officer and on the Ethics Committee of the European Mathematical Society.
In the past, I held academic positions at Moscow State University, University College Cork, and University of Strathclyde.
I am editor for SIAM Journal on Numerical Analysis and Advances in Computational Mathematics. Including my past and current editorial duties, I have served as editor for 8 international refereed journals.
