Research Interests

Niamh is an associate professor, researcher, and programme director in leadership at the University of Limerick, Ireland. Her research philosophy is grounded in theories of organisational psychology and current areas of interest include leadership, organizational culture, work identities, and the nature and impact of leadership on all stakeholders. She is actively researching the integration of child refugees to education systems, the relational nature of leadership, promotion processes, leader targeted bullying, and workplace coaching and mentoring.
