Research Interests

Orla graduated with a PhD in quantitative finance in January 2020, having previously worked in financial services. A PhD research output was published in the (ABS 4) Journal of Money Credit and Banking. Orla's research converges on the research theme: Critical reflections on calculative technology at the intersection between capital markets and society, for which she can show clear evidence of a strong research output trajectory, collaboration, and international network building.
