My teaching is currently focused on Educational Leadership. I hold the role of Course Director of the Postgraduate Diploma in School Leadership. I currently teach leadership theories and models, mentoring and coaching for effective school leadership and teacher professional development.

Biography

Patricia is currently Head of the School of Education in the University of Limerick. She began her career as a post primary school teacher before completing her PhD in the examination of supervisory relationships from a critical theory perspective. Patricia teaches courses onandnbsp;leadership, teacherandnbsp;professionalism, research methodsandnbsp;in Ireland andandnbsp;abroad at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.andnbsp;andnbsp;
