Biography

Postdoc researcher at the University of Limerick and professor at the Federal Institute of Sergipe. PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG), performing an exchange stage at the Center for Research in Robotics and Intelligent Systems at the University of Limerick (Ireland). He holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a research line in Control, Automation and Robotics from UFS (2017) and a degree in Electronic Engineering (2015) from the same institution, having also completed an exchange from the Science without Borders program at the University of Limerick - Ireland (2013 -2014), where he was also part of the Mobile and Maritime Robotics Research Center (MMRRC). He served as a volunteer professor (external professor) at UFS between 2015 and 2016 and as an English professor at Minds English School between 2014 and 2015. He has experience in the areas of mobile robotics, underwater, manipulators and assistive robotics, image processing, and switched systems.
