Personal profile

Biography

I am a final-year doctoral student at the University of Limerick, specialising in Liquid Phase Transmission Electron Microscopy (LPTEM). My research focuses on the in situ crystallisation of organic compounds, with the aim of gaining a deeper understanding of the nucleation mechanisms underpinning these processes. By harnessing the advanced capabilities of LPTEM, I seek to contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of crystal formation at the nanoscale, with implications for materials science, pharmaceuticals, and related fields.

Research Interests

Specialising in materials science, pharmaceuticals, and microscopy. Passionate about advancing technical expertise and supporting collaborative research.
