Biography

Levina has over 25 years of experience across education leadership, workplace wellbeing, health promotion, and the creative industries. Her career spans training delivery, programme design, and management, underpinned by a strong commitment to inclusive practice and stakeholder-focused outcomes. Since 2010, she has provided consultancy in workplace wellbeing, supporting personal and vocational development through leadership and change management, strategic health and wellbeing planning, career guidance, and academic mentoring.

Her specialist research and practice focus on inclusion and advocacy, particularly addressing the systemic impact of workplace bullying. Drawing on lived and observed experience, she advances scholarship and practice aimed at authentic institutional change. Levina also brings extensive expertise in the social care and virtual schools sectors, where she has influenced research, policy development, and collaborative partnerships with local authorities and care providers. She is dedicated to improving outcomes for vulnerable children and adults through strategic insight, service improvement, and solution-focused engagement.
