Biography
An Associate Teacher in Construction Management and Engineering at the University of Limerick. A research-focused academic with a strong background in both higher education and the construction industry, his work centres on organisational conflict, leadership behaviour, and interpersonal dynamics within construction project environments.
Tadhg's doctoral research investigates interpersonal conflict in the built environment, providing new insights into how personality influences conflict experiences within the sector. Alongside his academic role, Tadhg has industry experience in project management, tendering, and contract administration, having led successful public-sector framework bids. Tadhg holds a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management and Engineering from the University of Limerick, where he is also completing his phD.
