Abstract

A cloud-based Data Management Platform (DMP) for use in a Ubiquitous Consumer Wireless World (UCWW) environment is presented. By mining the collected raw data, the DMP's goal is to turn 'big data' logs of consumers' wireless services access activities into actionable analytic datasets for use in the UCWW consumers supporting in their drive to obtain enhanced Always Best Connected and best Served (ABC&S) access to wireless services. It will do this by providing enriched consumer profiling to the real-time service recommendation system utilized within the UCWW. In particular, in this paper, how the DMP may be implemented using the Publish/Subscribe design pattern is set out.
