Acouscenic Listening

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingChapterpeer-review

Abstract

This chapter discusses the development and chronology of a creative approach for sound art and acoustic ecology, developed over a fifteen-year time frame of art/science practice in the work of Softday. It contextualises both our acouscenic listening research and creative soundwalk praxis, work that is predominantly undertaken in collaboration with specific communities of interest. This in turn leads to the design and creation of collaborative and improvisatory sonic art works.
