Abstract

Highlights Li-rich Li1.2Ni0.2Mn0.6O2 (LRNM) cathode offer high voltage and specific capacity. Lithium oxalate (Li2C2O4) as pre-lithiation additive. High-capacity a-Si on copper silicide nanowire. Graphite||LRNM cells achieve more than 1,000 cycles with >80% capacity retention. a-Si/CuSi NW||LRNM cells retain 50% after 400 cycles.
