Abstract
The substantial impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) models and data analytics on research methodology opens up new industry opportunities. These tools have transformed data collection, analysis, and interpretation, revealing hidden insights in massive databases and spurring innovation across fields. The increasing development of digital data and the ability of AI models to analyze vast amounts of data quickly and accurately using complicated algorithms and deep learning approaches have changed data analysis processes. AI-driven sequencing robots speed up genomics research to find disease-causing mutations. Data cleaning, mistake reduction, and accuracy depend on AI algorithms. AI also excels in pattern recognition, helping astronomers identify celestial objects and events, medical diagnosis by detecting imaging anomalies, and predictive analytics across industries. Natural Language Processing (NLP) approaches enable sentiment analysis in social sciences and historical studies through digitization and linguistic and cultural change detection. AI-driven computer vision helps ecologists follow wildlife and archaeologists to rebuild artifacts from fragments. AI and data analytics have many benefits, but algorithmic bias, data privacy, and transparency must be addressed ethically. Researchers must balance the prudent use of transformational tools with technological growth. AI models and data analytics transform astronomy, finance, and linguistics research methods, expediting research and offering new opportunities. Researchers must manage ethical issues and ethically use paradigm-shifting tools like AI and data analytics to enhance research.
