Aliénor Contemporary Harpsichord Competition

Abstract

Yonit Kosovske performed the world premiere of six new solo harpsichord pieces commissioned by the 11th Aliénor Harpsichord Composition Competition. The winning pieces were by composers David Jason Snow, Roydon Tse, and Judah Lampkin. Their commissioned compositions, designed as an "exquisite corpse" dance suite, were premiered on June 10, 2026, at the Bologna Conservatoire in Italy during the annual conference of the Historical Keyboard Society of North America (HKSNA).
