Abstract

The study of amorphous phase separation and leachability of an ionomer and a sodium-boro-silicate (s-b-s) glass system was presented. The absorption/desorption characteristics of both the ionomer and s-b-s leached glass system were similar to that of mesoporous materials. The result indicated towards the coarsening of the phase separated microstructure on heat treatment.
