Abstract
This book/research report examines the scope of the right to healthcare for undocumented migrants in Colombia and formulates recommendations aimed at expanding and strengthening their access to health services beyond emergency care and making emphasis on preventive care. To achieve this objective, the document offers an analysis from two perspectives: a normative one and a practical one, as well as a cross-cutting view through intersectionality, which includes particular attention to the situation of historically discriminated groups, such as women, children, and adolescents. It also adopts a differential approach for formulating intersectoral recommendations to various stakeholders.
