N2 - Advances in wireless sensor networks (WSN) have opened up new opportunities and many applications. To achieve security in these kinds of networks, it is important to encrypt messages. This requires the use of key distribution protocols. Due to resource constraints, achieving such key distribution in WSN's is not trivial. We evaluate deterministic, probabilistic and hybrid key distribution algorithms for distributing pairwise, group wise and network wise keys.
