Abstract
Mobile devices and services have the potential to introduce advancements in the area of learning and education. The essential concept of mobile learning is to have e-learning facility anywhere and anytime. This study focuses on the strengths of mobile learning supported by a case study of an Educational University. The main motive is to address the perspective of cognitive learning to reflect the utilization of effective applications of mobile learning.
