Abstract

This paper proposes a new third-party AAA (3P-AAA) architectural framework, with which to serve a more Consumer-based Business Model (CBM) for fourth generation wireless world (4GWW). A new Diameter 3P-AAA application is suggested as a base signaling protocol solution option to serve this framework. The command and response messages necessary for this application are also identified and elaborated.
