Abstract

This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: To identify whether there are interventions, in the form of organisational changes to the way in which individuals with hypertension are cared for, that can contribute to the lowering of blood pressure and therefore are likely to reduce the adverse outcomes associated with this chronic condition.
