Abstract
This article discusses John Banville’s novel Kepler. It is concerned with the space of this text. It looks at the book as a physical object and analyses the way Banville uses repetition to structure his novel. It also wonders about the reason for this structure. Finally, it discusses how it is difficult for the reader to achieve a complete and certain vision of the text as a whole.
