Abstract

This final chapter offers a compilation of perspectives on Meaningful PE by teachers, teacher educators, and researchers. Several pedagogical cases developed based on hypothetical teaching and learning situations are shared, offering authentic applications of the principles of Meaningful PE to help address challenges in PE teaching practice. Summative commentaries are also offered by a teacher, sport researcher, and PE teacher educator and researcher, who identify possible directions for future research and practice agendas, and discuss the potential for Meaningful PE to enact change in how PE is taught, offered, and experienced in schools, universities, and communities.
