Abstract
Integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Blockchain technologies presents significant opportunities for revolutionizing healthcare communication systems. The analysis in this chapter demonstrates how blockchain models improve both the effectiveness alongside security and reliability features of AI-based healthcare communications systems. Healthcare providers increase patient data management efficiency combined with better doctor-patient relationships and real-time secure information sharing through AI analytic power with blockchain decentralization and transparency features and data immutability. The discussion explores blockchain models that exist as consortiums, public, and private blockchains, and determines their appropriate usage throughout diverse healthcare conditions. The chapter illustrates the practical outcomes of these technologies, along with identifying the obstacles to these technologies through specific case research, and delivers implementable solutions for handling limitations, including scalability, data privacy interoperability, and ethical matters. Through this integration, healthcare will deliver enhanced patient care while reaching improved operational speed and stronger data protection, establishing a transformational future for patient-centered healthcare.
