Abstract

We present a new technique for Safe Service Customization, which flexibly supports subscribers in their desire to change the Service logic in a controlled fashion, while guaranteeing that the modified services can immediately be activated, without previous intervention of specialists like service designers or testers. This flexibilization and simplification of the service customization process reduces the costs for tailored intelligent network services and therefore provides a key to a service-on-demand market.
