Abstract
This chapter reports on a qualitative research study that explored teachers' views and perceptions regarding teacher pedagogical well-being in an urban socio-economic disadvantaged ssecond-level school in Ireland. Teacher pedagogical well-being is constructed as the core processes of teachers' work. Namely, carrying out and developing teaching and learning, for example, planning classroom activities, interacting with pupils, making evaluations, choosing and developing instructional tools (Soini et al., 2010).
